RunSwitch PR Attracts Top-Level Talent From Louisville and Beyond

Five new members with diverse experience join rapidly growing public relations agency

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – RunSwitch PR, the largest public relations and public affairs firm in Kentucky, has attracted talent from outside of Louisville and is expanding its team and capabilities with the hiring of five new employees: Tia Chancellor, Hayley Pugel, Jordan Shellhaas, Olivia Sievert and Zachary Taylor.

Pugel joins the team as a senior account executive, focusing on the firm’s traditional public relations accounts and corporate clients. Pugel most recently worked as an Account Executive for NDP Agency where she focused on the Kindred Healthcare account. Prior to that she served Communications Manager for McDonald’s of Central and Southeastern Kentucky. Learn more about Pugel here.

Taylor joins the team as a senior account executive, focusing on the firm’s public affairs and issues advocacy accounts. He joins us from Washington D.C. where he managed government affairs for the Organization for International Investment (OFII), a trade association representing the interests of global companies who invest and operate in the United States. Sievert joined RunSwitch as an intern in the beginning of the summer but was quickly promoted to an account coordinator. She joins us from Bowling Green, Ky. with previous health care communication experience at Med Center Health and University of Louisville Physicians. Learn more about Sievert here.

Chancellor joins RunSwitch as an account coordinator. She worked in media buying at OTT Communications and focused on event management during her time at Coburn Communication Inc. Learn more about Chancellor here.

Shellhaas also joins the team as an account coordinator. She joins us from Lexington, Ky. where she previously interned with the University of Kentucky Public Relations & Marketing department where she focused on executing marketing plans for the University of Kentucky.
